Fishing Away

Dear Blizzard,

I’ve been through it all from leveling up multiple characters to 80 to spending hours wiping in the original Molten Core all the way through the Ice Crown Citadel. I’ve gotten every profession to the max level and every secondary profession to the max level that is … except for Fishing.

I pull out my raggedy old umbrella at the beach and relax, telling myself that I will finish getting my fishing skill up. As I begin to fish, I click on the bobber when it moves and loot my Longjaw Mud Snapper. I do this again, and again, and again. Eleven times I loot the Longjaw Mud Snappers as I watch my skill go up …by 1. By the time I’ve looted a couple more fish I have had it. I’m done! What am I doing sitting here wasting my time?

That was until Cataclysm was released.

Thank You Blizzard for fixing fishing. I’m so very glad you made Fishing so rewarding, so entertaining. It makes the game for me. With Cataclysm's release I saw that you changed the icon that you click the bobber with. What an addition! That was the key … the secret to making fishing fun!

After 6 years of creating and maintaining the status of the most successful MMO, I’m very glad that you figured out how to make fishing enjoyable. Most importantly, I think you really tackled the issue of leveling up so its not extremely tedious.

To the Blizzard employee who made this addition, kudos to you. I hope you got a promotion, because you Sir, are one of a kind.

The guy who hates fishing but continues to do it anyways

Don't let another day get ruined on WoW

We have all been there, a bad player who can ruin a pug. That jerk who cleared the Guild Bank of all the worthwhile items to sell in the Auction House and then quit the guild, the trolls who think trade chat is the place to get their ADHD attention they are not getting at home… What could you do before now?
Go to the official World of Warcraft Forums and post a complaint about them, then risk the same player rolling a level 1 toon and making up stuff about you there.
Go on the public channels yourself and try to warn players about them, which will usually get the same result as using the World of Warcraft forums and a lot of other people joining in against you.
Do nothing, grit your teeth, and play on. Your day has been ruined once again.
Will somebody please do something to stop these people?
Help is closer than you think.

"Now You're Cooking with Fire!"

Hello and welcome to the first episode of “Now you’re cooking with fire!”

Today we are going to learn how to make Dirge's Kickin' Chimaerok Chops.

While you get paper and pen to write this recipe down, I will tell you where you can obtain this unique recipe.
It requires you to travel to Kalimdor and into the area of Tanaris to seek out Anachronos, Brood of Nozdormu. As you enter the Caverns of Time, be careful to avoid the Elite Dragons or you can end up becoming dinner instead of making it. Once there, speak to Anachronos, and accept the quest: “What Tomorrow Brings”. This will start the quest chain (that is a total of twelve quests) and will end with the quest “Dirge's Kickin' Chimaerok Chops”.
